As the founder of California Bliss, Teresa believes that massage is more than a service. It is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward and create space for the body and nervous system to restore balance.
Her approach blends extensive massage experience with specialized training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, oncology massage and therapeutic bodywork. Teresa understands that every body carries a unique story and she honors each client's individual needs, experiences and goals.
Throughout her career, Teresa has worked with clients seeking relief from stress, tension, discomfort, recovery challenges and life's many transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting clients who need a gentler, more personalized approach to wellness.
California Bliss was created from Teresa's belief that healing spaces should feel safe, welcoming and nurturing. Her intention is to provide a place where clients can let go of the outside world, feel heard and receive care that meets them exactly where they are.
